We have some extremely difficult calcium water in Tucson. Had Kinetico give their data so asked Rainsoft of Tucson for data. From the start, MATT had just the right amount of information tailored to our questions and previous information. No high pressure at all, only the facts. Several years in whatsoever sales business, y'all'd retrieve it would come across every bit dried and rote. The RainSoft rep who helped me was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained everything thoroughly. The installers were on time too and installed everything properly. The permits were obtained and we got all the inspections done. And so far, everything that I was told has been accurate. With their organisation, my skin is not dry anymore. It'southward non itchy and my hair feels softer. Plus, my water tastes great.

We had two other companies come in. When Matt came in, the rep of RainSoft, he was the last one for the day and we immediately connected with him more than the other guys. The other guys felt like they were pushing us to buy, so nosotros didn't like it. Matt was very personable. Likewise, Rainsoft is a treatment system that we didn't even know nosotros wanted.

It was funny considering he said, "You tell me what you guys want and I'll assist you out. Do y'all want the curt, sweet version or do yous desire the long drawn-out everything?" The guy that came out from RainSoft was knowledgeable. The crew that came out the first fourth dimension was practiced. But I've had the crews out iii or four times already because I've been going through a lot of problems with the softener. Hopefully, this kind of resolves some of the problems. Merely the h2o's great. It'southward soft and the organisation's working really good. My wife and I like it. I'm glad I did it. There are some things that I'm nevertheless not happy with RainSoft, like the shelter that they put on.
